Very pleasant staff. Nice & clean. Room was great & the bathroom was spacious. Bed very comfy & there was extra pillows in the room if they was needed..Will stay there again when next in batley visiting family.
Just would like to thank all the staff at Healey house hotel for everything they did whilst my friend stayed there. The staff were really helpful, kind and friendly. I have to say that the hotel was always clean and tidy, when ever we needed anything they were there to help out. Great little quaint hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff for everything. Would definitely recommend
The staff was brilliant and they tried their best to make me feel welcome so I will give them five star for their service, how ever the hotel room cleanliness wasn't up to my expectations so I hope the management decides to hire a new cleaner. I have taken photos of the hotel so give this place a chance as I am very fussy.
Basic yet very good value for money. Me and my husband needed to get my car repaired after the RAC rescued is, we were Miles away from home so rang round the closest b and bs. We checked in here at 4am, got a few hours sleep and a shower were on our way. Clean and the man who checked my husband in then told me where to room was when I arrived a few mins later was excellent even though it was daft o'clock in the morning!
A really good hotel. Hotel itself lovely and quaint really clean rooms really nice and amenities in rooms very good staff really nice, friendly nothing was any trouble they attended to all our needs. Really enjoyed our stay and would be a pleasure to stay again.
Very welcoming staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Parking has cctv for added security. Arrived a day earlier and hotel gave a reduced price for the extra night after we turned up at the door at 9pm. Highly recommended
I stayed at this hotel for one night as a lone traveller and my dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms and hotels were cleaned to a high standard. The stay was made by meeting Dawn, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming and made me feel safe and looked after since I was on my own. She literally couldn't have done any more to help me and my dog out. Thank you so much for the giggles too.
Stayed here a little while ago with my family for a week after a house flood. Hotel manager gave us the little cottage out the back self contained, as is was free and available. Instead of two rooms. Also got two travel cots and put them in for me for my twins. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and informative on the food times and anything else we asked for or needed.
